Do I need to own NBA 2K21?
Yes. You need your own retail PC copy on Steam or the Epic Games Store. TB21 does not include a game license or host game files.
Does PlayNow include TB+ access?
No. PlayNow buys monthly priority only. TB+ is a separate $10 USD access purchase.
Can I play on my phone?
You can use this website on your phone. TB Hub and the game require a compatible Windows PC.
The site does not open on my network. What should I send?
Tell the team the exact error, address, phone/browser version, carrier or ISP, country and approximate time. Compare Wi-Fi with mobile data. A DNS error, a certificate error, a repeating security check and a blank page have different causes. Never bypass a browser certificate warning.
Can school, work or public Wi-Fi block the site?
Some networks filter .lol domains or gaming websites. TB21 cannot override their rules. Contact the network administrator or use a permitted connection.
How do I get roles after paying?
Connect your Discord account during SellAuth checkout. After successful payment, your purchased roles are assigned automatically. If a role is missing, open a support ticket with your order reference.

The Shirt Creator is a separate service. Use /shirt in the TB21 Discord for its sign-in link. A 502 there can mean its server is unavailable; contact the team.

Verify the download source, SHA-256 and publisher with the team. A matching hash checks integrity, not safety. Do not run an unverified or maliciously flagged file. See the download page for the cautious installation steps.
How do I cancel a recurring purchase or ask about a refund?
Use the purchase-management controls provided by SellAuth or the payment provider shown on your order and review the checkout terms. Contact the team for an access or billing dispute. Statutory consumer rights are not waived by this website.

What we can confirm.
- Server Status shows what the TB21 status service reports. If it cannot be reached, the page says so instead of guessing.
- Launcher auto-update, mod management and quick-join features were previously marked as planned; ask the team about availability.
- Some customers reported SSL connection errors on certain networks. An affected-network trace and Cloudflare event review are still needed to confirm their cause.
- Shirt Creator is hosted separately and may be unavailable even when this website works.
